The Land Registry has withdrawn Land Charges legal form K5 – Deed of Arrangement as it is no longer possible to register a new deed of arrangement following repeal of the Deeds of Arrangement Act 1914 by The Deregulation Act 2015.
The 1914 Act has been repealed by virtue of paragraphs 1-3 of schedule 6 of the Deregulation Act 2015 and comes into force from 1 October 2015. See paragraph 2(e) of The Deregulation Act 2015 (Commencement No.3 and Transitional Savings Provisions) Order 2015 (Statutory Instrument 2015/1732)
The K5 has been removed from the Land Charges category within FormEvo.
